We are looking for experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professionals to join our growing team of consultants!

Job Description

The consultant is expected to complete typical FP&A analyses independently, including but not limited to: data gathering, variance analysis, pro forma profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow projections, revenue forecasting, capital forecasting, what-if scenarios, and board presentations.

Job Qualifications

Candidates MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience in FP&A and prior history working in mid-size to Fortune 1000 companies or 5 years of investment banking experience. Qualified candidates will possess the following skills sets and qualities:

• Direct experience with annual budgeting and long-term planning processes;
• Experience in developing complex financial models;
• Solid understanding and application of GAAP principles;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros);
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Access;
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills;
• Familiarity in AND affinity for working in a fast-paced and uncertain environment;
• High energy and positive attitude;
• Proactive problem solving and communication style;
• Strong sense of ownership; and
• Ability to consistently meet project deadlines.

This is a contract position. Full time employment will be considered if the contractor can demonstrate proven qualifications and genuine interest in a career as a consultant.
